Coaching Into Connection

Did you know that 60% of Americans feel lonely? The good news is that Arizona’s Coaching into Connection program is here to support service members, veterans, and family members who want to feel more connected.

Our connection coaches have a firsthand understanding of military life and stand ready to craft personalized plans based on your unique interests. Connection coaches help people get connected to social support activities like gyms, cooking classes, outdoor recreation, art classes, and more.

Services are provided statewide at no cost and funds may be available to help with the cost of activities. Interested in Coaching into Connection for you or someone you know?

We are here to help!

Our Connection Coaches are military veterans who will:

  • Identify opportunities for connection to family, friends and community.
  • Create a connection plan tailored to the interests of the participant (recreational activities, community events, sports, hobbies, support groups, spirituality, volunteering, and learning opportunities).
  • Address any barriers (e.g., transportation and cost).
