Be Connected Assistance Program
Welcome to the Be Connected Assistance Program, a resource designed specifically for service members, veterans, and their families seeking financial support and referred by Be Connected partners. The Be Connected Assistance Program accepts referrals from Be Connected Partner Organizations. Please provide all contact information for the person being referred and the person making the referral.
This program is confidential. Proof of military service, identification, and documentation will be required.
How It Works:
After receiving the initial call or intake form, our team will follow up by phone to discuss eligibility. Once eligibility is established, please allow 7 additional business days to process the request.
Types of Assistance Available
The Be Connected Assistance Program is a fund of last resort that can provide connection to resources and help for an array of needs for eligible applicants. The program can help essential needs, including but not limited to transportation, rides to wellness appointments and errands, food and financial assistance, household items and help with rent, mortgage and utilities.
