Make a Referral to Be Connected

Take the first step toward connecting to resources and support. Make a referral for yourself or someone you care about to the Be Connected program that offers confidential, no-cost support to Arizona service members, veterans, and their families. Our straightforward referral process connects you or someone you care about to essential resources efficiently and privately.

Our Support Line Can Help

If you’re not sure which program is the best fit for your situation, or you are facing an urgent situation, we encourage you to call the Be Connected support line available Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM at 866-4AZ-VETS (866-429-8387). A veteran program specialist will follow up and conduct a brief assessment and provide appropriate information and referrals. If a team member is not immediately available, please leave a message as calls are returned in no more than one business day. For a life threatening crisis, dial 9-1-1 for local authorities or 9-8-8 and press 1 for the national suicide and crisis lifeline.
