Learn about Arizona’s military and veteran population and risk factors; tools to use as a community helper; who to call when someone needs further help; the importance of self-care as a helper and the Be Connected Ecosystem of Support and how to tap into it for yourself as a helper and for those you are helping.
By attending this training, you will become a part of the Be Connected Community Corps and receive ongoing support for your role as a helper from the Be Connected team.

The National Guard serves as the country's first line of defense in times of domestic emergencies and operates under the authority of both state and federal governments.
