    We invite you to join us for the Be Connected Community Corps training series. This self-paced virtual training is offered at no cost to any Arizonan interested in becoming a source of support for service members, veterans, and their families. You can enroll and start this training series at any time!   • Arizona Veteran Supportive Campus: Military Culture Training

    This training is provided at no cost for the employees, staff, faculty, and leadership of colleges, technical schools, universities, and other higher education organizations that have earned or are working to earn the Arizona Veteran Supportive Campus (AVSC) designation from the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services.

  • National Day of the Deployed

    The National Day of the Deployed is observed on October 26 to honor and show appreciation for the service and sacrifices of deployed military personnel. The day's observance works to raise awareness of the important role that deployed service members play in defending the country and protecting America’s interests abroad, as well as the sacrifices they and their families make.
