Expanding Career Opportunities for Minority Veterans and Women Veterans in Arizona
PROGRAM LAUNCH
Thursday, September 30, 2021 | 9:00 – 11:30 AM MST
Attend virtually or on-site in locations statewide
Workforce stakeholders are invited to the program launch of Career Navigation Plus. Hear from project partners, learn how Minority Veteran and Women Veteran career seekers can benefit from this program, and learn how to nominate career seekers.
Career Navigation Plus program participants will receive:
• $100 toward essential needs upon enrollment (e.g. gas, food, utility bill, etc.)
• Personalized resource review
• Career navigation assessment
• Ongoing career navigation support, training and resources for career readiness and placement
• $150 toward essential needs upon program completion
There is space for 100 Veterans in this program. Nominations for program participation will be accepted through December 15 or when the program is at capacity. Veterans can nominate themselves or be nominated by workforce stakeholders and others in the community.
