  • Military and Veterans Resilience and Health Collaborative: Inaugural Summit to Support Those Who Serve

    The focus of this event is to explore the Military & Veteran Resilience & Health Collaborative’s focus areas, ongoing initiatives, upcoming programs, and learn how to actively engage in future collaborations to magnify Arizona State University's collective impact.   • Healing of Memories Workshop

    Franciscan Renewal Center 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, AZ

    The workshop will provide the participants with a safe experiential and interactive way to address anger, loss, grief and guilt. The workshop has been conducted for nearly 400 Arizona veterans during the last 10 years.

    Attention Women Veterans! Your experiences matter. Join the VA for a special focus group hosted by the Women Veterans Program and Dr. Alexandrova, MST Coordinator, to share your experiences using Military Sexual Trauma (MST) services within the Phoenix VA Health Care System. After the focus group, you will have the opportunity to learn how to start, increase, or reopen an MST claim that was previously denied.

    A day dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. Attendees can connect with community partners and VA providers throughout the day, share experiences, learn, and engage in healing. The event will also feature a PACT Act Claims Clinic, a Mobile Medical Unit, and flu shots for Veterans.
