Veterans of the Military Pilgrimage

Information & Registration

The Franciscan Renewal Center is offering a pilgrimage to Rome for veterans of the military.

Sample Itinerary

Note: The itinerary will vary based on dates of travel and reservation availability.

Trip Includes:

  • Daily Mass
  • Transfers as per itinerary.
  • Clean, modern hotels or pensioni staffed by religious congregations.
  • Transportation with coach bus and taxis
  • Most breakfasts, lunches, and dinners
  • Full services of staff
  • Daily input with lectures
  • All tips to driver, hotel, and tour guides.

St. Francis of Assisi knew from his experience that re-entering society after living in a life-threatening place is the most difficult journey for a human to make. St. Francis had to learn this painful lesson in his own life. The journeys of St. Francis and St. Clare may help you and your loved ones in trying to make sense of all the good and bad that you have witnessed and felt while in the military.
