Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the American flag on June 14, 1777. The significance of this day lies in the recognition of the importance of the flag as a symbol of national unity, pride, and freedom. The observance of Flag Day serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by those who have fought for and defended the flag, as well as the values and ideals it represents.

PTSD Awareness Day, also known as Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Awareness Day, is a day dedicated to raising awareness about the condition and its impact on individuals, families, and communities.
