    Veteran StandDown events are a fantastic way for veterans to access a variety of resources all in one place. Veterans are encouraged to attend and connect with other veterans, community leaders, and helpful resources.

  • Military Spouse Appreciation Day

    Military Spouse Appreciation Day is observed in the United States on the Friday before Mother's Day to honor and recognize the contributions and sacrifices of military spouses. Military spouses play a vital role in supporting their service member and their family, often making significant sacrifices of their own in the process.

  • Children Of Fallen Patriots Day

    The day works to raise awareness and encourage support for the children of fallen heroes, so that they may have the opportunity to pursue their dreams and achieve their full potential. The day also honors the courage and sacrifices made by the fallen service members who gave their lives in service to their country, and serves as a reminder of the ongoing needs of their families.

  • High Country StandDown

    Veteran StandDown events are a fantastic way for veterans to access a variety of resources all in one place. Veterans are encouraged to attend and connect with other veterans, community leaders, and helpful resources.

  • Military Caregiver Day

    Military Caregiver Day is observed on the third Friday of May to honor and recognize the contributions of military caregivers. Military caregivers are individuals who provide care and support for wounded, ill or injured service members and veterans.

  • Armed Forces Day

    Armed Forces Day is celebrated on the third Saturday in May each year to honor and recognize the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Forces.

  • Memorial Day

    Memorial Day is a federal holiday that is observed on the last Monday in May. Its primary purpose is to honor and remember the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.

  • Military/Veteran Resource Navigation Training

    This virtual training is open to everyone and is offered at no cost. Registration is required. Learn how to connect military/veteran community members to the right resources.

  • D-Day

    The significance of D-Day lies in its role in the eventual defeat of Nazi Germany and the liberation of Europe from tyranny. The sacrifices made by the soldiers who participated in the invasion are remembered and honored, as their bravery and determination helped to shape the course of history.

  • National Women Veterans Day

    National Women Veterans Day is observed on June 12. This day recognizes and honors the service and sacrifices of women veterans. Even though women have served in the U.S. military since the Revolutionary War, their contributions have often overlooked or undervalued.

  • U.S. Army Birthday

    The U.S. Army Birthday is an annual observance that commemorates the formation of the United States Army on June 14, 1775

  • Flag Day

    Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the American flag on June 14, 1777. The significance of this day lies in the recognition of the importance of the flag as a symbol of national unity, pride, and freedom. The observance of Flag Day serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by those who have fought for and defended the flag, as well as the values and ideals it represents.
