Social Determinants of Health Training

Learn how to support Arizona’s service members, veterans, and their families by enrolling in the free, self-paced Social Determinants of Health training. This virtual course is offered at no cost and is open to everyone. Enroll now and work through modules at your own pace.

The training includes:

  • 10 self-paced modules focused on the Social Determinants of Health
  • Engaging videos and downloadable handouts with key points and space for notes
  • An online community to ask questions and connect with fellow learners and moderators

By completing the series, you’ll earn the Be Connected Community Corps certificate and gain access to new opportunities to serve and support the military and veteran community.
