Community Helper Training

We invite you to join us for the Be Connected Community Corps training series. This self-paced virtual training is offered at no cost to any Arizonan interested in becoming a source of support for service members, veterans, and their families. You can enroll and start this training series at any time! PTSD Awareness Month

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) Awareness Month is observed during the month of June to raise awareness about the impact of PTSD and promote efforts to support those affected by it.

U.S. Army Birthday

The U.S. Army Birthday is an annual observance that commemorates the formation of the United States Army on June 14, 1775.

Flag Day

Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the American flag on June 14, 1777. The significance of this day lies in the recognition of the importance of the flag as a symbol of national unity, pride, and freedom. The observance of Flag Day serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by those who have fought for and defended the flag, as well as the values and ideals it represents.
