West valley veterans & their families now have a new option for connecting to resources and support.

Thanks to a new partnership between the City of Surprise, Arizona Coalition for Military Families (ACMF), Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services, Northern Arizona University (NAU), Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation and Rio Salado Community College veterans and their families won’t have to leave the West Valley to access personalized, no cost service to help connect to the resources and benefits available to you and your family.

The West Valley Veteran Success Center is located in the City of Surprise Resource Center and serves veterans and families from around the west valley.

The brand new West Valley Veteran Success Center is now open as part of the Surprise Resource Center, located at 12425 W. Bell Road, Suite 124. The center includes a variety of military and veteran support services and resources, made possible by the generous support of partner organizations and all West Valley cities.

This new location in Surprise is a convenient place to walk in and access face-to-face support to get your specific questions answered by a local expert in military and veteran benefits, programs and resources. If you’re unable to drive down to the new center, we have you covered. You can access the same personalized, local support from our Arizona-based Be Connected navigators available to all service members, veterans and their family members at no cost by calling the Be Connected support Line at 866-4AZ-VETS (866-429-8387). You can also visit us online, anytime, at www.ConnectVeterans.org and on Facebook @BeConnectedAZ.

Stop by and say hello in person and give us a shout anytime we can lend a hand by phone and online.

The Be Connected team is here to connect service members, veterans, family members and community helpers anywhere in Arizona to information, support and resources.
