Veteran Listening Session

October 19, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Be Connected invites you to join us for an informal, open discussion regarding the needs of veterans and their families in your community. We are interested in hearing from veterans with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Your input will help shape future veterans’ programs and resources in your area.

COTTONWOOD, AZ

October 19, 2021 | 1600 – 1730 MST

A light dinner will be provided. Location will be emailed after registration.

Some of the topics we will explore include:

  • What challenges do veterans face daily?
  • What can cause a veteran to isolate, feel alone, and hopeless?
  • As experts in your community, what are some additional needs or resources for veterans in the area?
  • How equipped are you and others in your community to help your fellow veterans?
  • What would make you feel more equipped?

To thank you for your time, all participants will receive a $35 WalMart gift card at the conclusion of the session.

Note: The session will be audio recorded and participants will sign a release to use their input in developing veteran programs. No identifiable information (name, etc.) will be retained nor included in any materials after the listening session.
